** The prices include current and water consumtion and the use of satellite-TV, usage of natural gas (heating + cooking) will be billed according consumption at the end of your stay ..but except deposit (350.-) and internet connection (25.- / week).
The price of final cleaning is included in stays of a week (7 days) or more. To stays of less than 7 days will be added the price of 70 for final cleaning.
